The twin room had great beds and provided amenities such as an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. The breakfast was delicious and generous with plenty of food.- The hotel's central location near the seafront was convenient, with shops and golf courses nearby.

The rooms here are modern with amenities like an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron, and the comfortable bed and friendly staff make for a pleasant stay.

Our stay at Annandale Guest House was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and received exceptional service throughout our stay. The location of the guest house was perfect - just 5 minutes away from both the beach and the town center. We also found plenty of parking nearby, which was convenient. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the bathroom was fantastic. The breakfast options were great, and the service provided by Kevin was amazing. He was always there to assist us with any issues or queries we had. we had a perfect stay at Annandale Guest House and highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed every detail about our stay here. The king room was updated and the location was marvelous, close to a ruined Roman Catholic cathedral, the seafront, and the town center.

The room we booked was great-sized and updated with a queen sized bed. The location was magnificent, so close to the town centre, golf courses, and the seafront. St Andrews Castle was located only 1 km away and was easily accessible.

We had a fantastic stay at Annandale Guest House. The room was beautifully updated and the location couldn't have been better. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The full Scottish breakfast was absolutely delicious. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
